I am a vegetarian and I'm just wondering how many other vegetarians and vegans there are!

About 3.4 people for every 100 in the US...

Asking if there are and how many vegetarians or vegans are there in the Vegetarian & Vegan section is like asking if there are any Catholics in the Vatican,, even the Pope will probably go "Duh!!"
