Is anyone aware of any tasty vegan recipes?

If not, are you familiar with any good sites that have a good recipes or a nice manageable starters diet? Oh, please be aware that when I say "say starters diet" I mean that it would actually give you Vegan Meals you could/should eat/try out for the first week of so. I hope I made that clear.
