Vegan Protein
How can I be vegan and get a lot of protein?
I know you can some a small amount from some plants and beans but I need like more than 60 grams of protein
and i know theres soy but I hear soy is bad for men. and casein and whey come from milk right so its not vegan friendly right? So where else can I get a lot of protein?
soybeans and its products - tofu, meat analogs.
and most other beans and nuts..
As a matter of fact one can get too much protein causing kidney problems.
