A vegan peanut butter cookie recipe that doesn't crumble?

I want to mail my brother some cookies for Christmas (he only wants peanut butter), but I can't remember making any that have been sturdy enough for me to send on a week-long journey.

I have used a natural peanut butter no additives, agave nectar, ground peanuts, a bit of veg oil margarine, chickpea flour and small amount of rice flour, they come out more like a peanut butter shortbread. If you make them freeze them wrap in a tight package, go to a dollar store or mart, get a n inexpensive cookie tine and wrap it in bubble wrap, just mark on the package, Fragile and do not drop, this indicated there is a perishable or breakable item in the box, if you sending by regular USPS it may be late, a courier may be more pricey, but they are much more careful with the products, I have done this myself.
