Vegan Key Lime Pie

Looking for a good/Easy Vegan key lime pie recipe?

I've been baking for years, but I am a newbie to the world of Vegan Baking.
Anyone have any good recipes/tips for making a good yet easy vegan key lime pie?

I have been thinking about this for a while, and it depends on what products you have available to you.

At my local co-op you can buy vegan chocolate pie crusts. If you can't find one, you will have to find some substitute for Vegan Cookies, smash them up and add in some margarine and sugar.

For the filling, you could do a mix of frozen soy ice cream, vegan whipped topping and regular soy yogurt. Mix it all and add lime juice and sugar until the right tartness is acheived. Pour into the pie crust and freeze.
