Vegan Hot Dogs

Is this healthy *10 points*?

Alright, I'm trying to lose weight because I hate how I look.

Today, I had

2 apples (110 calories each)
1 peach (80 calories)
1 nectarine (80 calories)
1 vegan hot dog (50 calories)
Green beans (70 calories)

I'm alternating between 100-800 calories per day. I feel full. I've been drinking lots of diet coke, so is that normal?
Oh and 2 pieces of gum (5 calories each)
I drink a gallon of water per day :) Forgot that part, haha
Oh, and I do 170 crunches 2x a day. Will I lose a lot of weight?

Lots of fruit is good, but you didn't eat enough vegetables. You should eat at least 3 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit per day.
Vegan hot dogs aren't healthy. They may be vegan, but they're still full of creepy additives and preservatives.
Diet Coke isn't healthy at all. Aspartame, the artificial sweetener used in Diet Coke, has been linked to all sorts of health problems. And the phosphoric acid in soda depletes calcium absorbtion. Most people don't get enough calcium as it is, and the soda makes it even worse. Insufficient calcium can lead to osteoporosis.
100-800 calories is not enough. If you eat that little, one of two things will happen: you'll keep eating that way and die of starvation, or you'll start eating normally again and gain a ton of weight because your body thinks it's starving and needs to save as much fat as it can. The average Holocaust victim in a concentration camp was fed 800 calories a day, and they were malnourished and starving. You need to eat at least 1,200 calories a day.
170 crunches won't do you much good. Crunches won't give you a flat stomach. They tone your stomach muscles, but if you have a ton of fat in front of your stomach muscles, you can't even see the difference. Do a variety of different exercise (cardio, some weight training, etc.). And diet is probably more important for weight loss than exercise.
