It Is all really quite simple. We have so many choices... we just eliminate animal products.

In my opinion, a diet based around animal products is very limiting... What are there, 3 or 4 different animals to choose from? What is it that you really like about eating these animals? I bet it is the seasonings, sauces, and batters that you enjoy the most. Well, those same seasonings, sauces and batters can be used on every vegetable, legume, fruit, and or grain in the world! It is all so very varied!

There are many replacements for eggs, milk, cream and butter. Soy Is the most common replacement. It is amazing how many things soy can deliciously replicate! There are also rice milks, flax margarines, and fruit substitutions.

Now, as for the vegan daily menu ... all you have to do is eat a grain and a legume (such as beans or peanuts) or soy products during the day to get your complete protein. You are free to relish is the all of the wonderful flavors and colors of fruits and vegetables. You may want to add some omega 3 oil (flax oil is good and tasty) and possibly supplement your diet with a B12 vitamin.

AND that is really all there is to it. It is very easy to eat and live happily, ethically, and healthily on a plant based diet.
